I read the rules in the permit that was just issued. It looks like Eric can work Saturday or Sunday without me being present. Shift Supervisor rules only apply if there is more than one Daily shift. Before it was any shift the supervisor was not present (vacation, sick day, Weekends). As long as they can call me on the phone, it is fine for Eric to work weekends. Sorry about the confusion on that. I just want to make sure we are following the rules to the letter.
