Got it, thanks. I think those changes are fine -- they don't change the integrity of the article.

I think it came out great. Hopefully you'll get good responses. Please let me know what people say after it comes out next week.

BTW, Peggy Savage was going to run a mugshot of you but I stood firm and said absolutely not. If she does run one both her and Georgia told her not to. I really don't think she will but wanted to let you know.

Hi Daniel,

Most of the changes are minor, a word change here and there for clarity. However a few things did not make sense to me factually so I changed them to match our processes at the plant.

Thank you for putting the article together. I hope the community can take away that we are working hard, it can't happen over night but improvements will continue to happen here.
