Can you tell me what the misc. materials at the TPS and EPS were used for? Should this be a part of the hard wire project at the WWTP? See attached quote.

We recently received 4 invoices for work at the WWTP and WTP that have been processed. You should be receiving the payments in the mail shortly.

I have been trying to contact the city regarding some invoices they haven’t paid yet. I am wondering if they just didn’t receive them because we have been paid for invoices issued after the outstanding invoices date.
