Hi Jennifer,
Good to hear from you! I’m glad to hear things are moving forward. It’s an excellent time for starting a flow monitoring program. As you know, this region gets the largest wet-weather events typically in the December through February time-frame, with a few large events that can happen in either end in November and March.
How’s tomorrow (anytime after 10:30) or Thursday (8:00 to 1:30) work for you?

Hi Rob,
I’m working to complete an Inflow Removal Program to satisfy a NPDES permit requirement with DEQ and have a few questions for you.
In addition, we are looking to start setting up for flow testing in January/February time frame to monitor flows through July/August. We would like to start planning the work now to purchase the materials, select the monitoring locations and develop a schedule and document tracking system.
Feel free to give me a call when you have some time this week.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Cline, P.E.
