Hi Jason or Jon,
Do either of you know of signed contract with Industrial Systems or when they began working with the City?
Jon – Did industrial systems ever give you verbal or written recommendations for updating the Ethernet hardware or wiring? Did they ever give you verbal or written recommendations on a preventative maintenance plans in regards to the SCADA system programing, software or hardware?
