I assigned this a couple of hours ago to Off. Corwin. I ran the plate and found it was local and she responded to the residence. She learned the suspect was probably the tenant that had just been evicted and was told to get rid of the last of her stuff. New renters were now moving in and were the grandchildren of the homeowner. They had no idea who the evicted person was who moved out, but provided the name and phone number of grandmother to Off. Corwin. Corwin called grandma and left a message and will try again for the previous renter info.
I contacted the original complainant an hour or so ago by email and let him know about the results. He thanked me for the prompt service and follow-up. Since I got the info from Heather, I copied her with the results not realizing she’d gone home. I guess I should have copied you but I didn’t know you were in the loop. My mistake.

Good afternoon,
I know this is not your area of responsibility however I will let you pass this along. I observed a lady emptying trash into the dumpster at Fox Park. I asked her if she had permission and she stated that the lack of any sign prohibiting any dumping in her mind meant it was OK. This was a produce box full of trash that she removed from her car. Ford Expedition OR license 525 FFR.
I explained to her that the City was paying for the dumpster and that her dumping was not OK.
