Jennifer,
I have attached a redline of the draft I/I Assessment and Reduction Plan. Please take a look and then we can talk it through. Your draft is very good; most of what I added came directly out of USEPA or Oregon DEQ guidance documents (with some wordsmithing by me).
Let's be sure to discuss the schedule. And build in sufficient flexibility so you don't get stuck with deadlines you cannot meet for whatever reason.

Alright, here is the entire report. I was able to resave Figure 1 as a .jpg and import it reduce the document file size significantly.

Hi Rob,
I completed the report Friday evening, however I wasn’t able to send it due to the file size. For time sake I have decided to send it as a .pdf.
If you happen to have a FTP site, I can transfer the documents to you that way instead.
Couple things…
· I did not have a chance to review the TOC to make sure it matches, but I will do that today.
· Will you please send me a copies of the MACP and PACP inspection reports to include. Word docs would be best.
I will be in a team meeting this morning, but available after 11-11:30 for any questions.
