Thank you, unfortunately I cannot go to council with a quote until the budget has been approved. Once that has been done, I can select a bid and start the processes. My best guess is in mid-May I will take the agenda bill to council and start the contract in June. I don’t believe we can issue payment for the work until July 1st, start of the next fiscal year.

See attached. If you select them then you will need an update since the quote is only good for 30 days plus don’t forget that weather is coming and there may be a lead time on that unit.
