Tanner is on vacation and I am helping him with the holiday decorations. We realize that many municipalities have been hanging electrified decorations for many years. However, PGE wants to know, each year, who is hanging decorations and where. We also want evidence of the proper liability coverage as described in the application each year. Therefore we require a new application each year and not a copy of last year’s application. We also bill for electricity used for the decorations via this application. Molalla was not billed in 2012 or 2013 because no application was submitted.

Please complete a fresh application for 2014. I have attached it again. Please include your certificate of insurance that covers the period of time the decorations will be hung. Please return the entire application, by fax or email, to confirm that you have read the application and will abide by its guidelines. We will be happy to help you with wattage calculation or any other questions you may have.

Attached will be the Electrified Decorations application, please read through it and fill it out in its entirety. Once you have finished send it back to me with the insurance policy explained in the application. After I receive the application back, I will go through the approval process.
