I'm going to be sending plans of the AB soon with contours, dimensions and elevations.

Phil,

I want to check the current estimate being used of 1.7 MG for the amount of storage between the top of the AB and the top of the berm. The 1.7 MG was based on Jason’s estimate. Does that answer your question?

Mark is obviously about 100' tall in this photo.

Question, should we use berm height or the height above the top of the AB the effluent had to reach before overtopping? It is difficult to tell from the photo but it looks like the effluent reached a height 2-3' above the top of the AB. It also obviously spread and filled an area some distance out from the AB edge.

Phil and Jennifer,

This photo that I took at the site on 5/13 shows the top bank of the AB and the top of the berm. It also happens to show Mark Strandberg talking on the phone.

I can use this photo to estimate the height of the berm above the bank of the AB. I will assume that Mark's height is about 5’10” (with his shoes on). Mark, please correct me if you have a better estimate for your height. Thanks.
