The results of the service calls today are:

Heating - there are two heating units for the library. The one which is not on contract (yet - new contract for maintenance will be forthcoming) is the unit which required repair. It is now working.

Roof - Snyder Roofing, which installed the current roof, came to check the leak we experienced on Monday and which Darren and (SORRY! I can't remember his name) another co-worker looked at then. Evidently, there is nothing wrong with the roof, it is actually the metal flashing/gutter.

They are caulking. I signed for it, but did note in the comments that if the cost was more than $1,000, it would have to go through the City Manager for approval for payment. The repairman from Snyder did not think it would be over $1,000 but told me this was a billable call since nothing is wrong with the installed roof (which is under warranty).
