Hi Bill,
The handouts I provided on Tuesday are only the applications for the Systemic and Hotspot funding. ODOT has accepted those applications, but has not granted funds as of yet. I would rather wait to provide project information once ODOT choses our submittals. However, I did supply you with a PowerPoint earlier today regarding what the ARTS ODOT funding is for. At this time I feel that information is more useful than a detail traffic data submittal. I mainly would just like to share that the City is applying for these funds and we are working to secure other transportation funding from all State and County sources possible.

Hi Jennifer,
Lynda Countryman said that you wouldn’t be able to attend the Saturday meeting that she is having. I would be happy to talk about some of the things that the Transportation Committee is doing. I was wondering if you have a copy of the handout that you passed around at the last meeting that we had? I didn’t get one to bring home. Could you attach it to a e-mail and I could go over some of the information.
I could give info on the road projects around town and the gas tax. Any additional info that you have that would back up those talking points would be helpful.
