I left you a voice message last week which I hope you’ve received by now. Unless I am mistaken the lease agreement you have with Hacienda is for an extremely small section of the UP property, literally just the trail. While the trail may be maintained, UP is responsible for the maintenance of the remainder of the property which is extremely overgrown. We have reports of transients making camps on the property, and we need to have the visibility improved and to ensure vegetation doesn’t burden neighboring properties.

 

Let me know how UP intends on addressing the issue.

I spoke with Sonia, from the Hacienda corp today. She's adamant the property was cleaned last week, but plans to take pictures on Wednesday and send to me. I will forward once I receive them.
