Good news on the air gap.

Looks like we need to verify with Hach if the logger requires a static IP to operate. I did not see an answer back to Darrin Farrell from Verizon on this question.

Jenn,

As I’m sure you’ve seen, we’re still having issues with the remote logger – likely due to the modem being unable to call out.

I also wanted to pass along that the new site does appear to be more stable with the readings. The air gap and manual level readings were nearly perfect matches.
