Hi David - Looking at the map, here are my following preliminary recommendations based on the district’s plan to construct the Elementary and Middle School west of the HS.

· Extend 8” concrete sewer east on Miller St

· Extend storm North from Francis and N. Molalla for Miller, Faurie and Affolter street improvements. A stormwater analysis will be required for street and on-site impacts.

· Water service is readily available, no recommendations.

Please find a (24”x18”) utility map for the area around the Molalla High School and Gordon Price properties attached.

Notes:

- Private utilities on MRSD property are not mapped with the exception of the 24” storm line that receives stormwater from Frances Street.

- The outfall for the 24” CMP stormwater pipe coming from the High School was not located and is an assumed location.
