Hi Daphne,
Yes there is a route that needs to be added and I suspect that there will be a firewall rule or two that needs to be modified to be able to get to the new location for the images. I sent Michael Sawyer an email about this a couple of weeks ago as well as to try and call but I never heard back from him. If there is someone else that I should work with please let me know.
