Hello Sadie,

First and most importantly I want to apologize for my estimate on attendance, this was of great surprise to me. All week Molalla had bad weather even up to the day of the event I was not expecting the turn out I had. I am preparing for June 28 th as I wish to have another event if the city of Molalla allows me to proceed. I hope you understand El Gallo De Oro is trying to adjust changes and is seeking guidance and constructive comments from the community and city to what we can do to have a comfortable event for every one. June 28th I am expecting similar attendance as to the May 24th event and hope fully with better weather I can provide more parking on the grounds. I would like to sit down with everyone this upcoming Monday June 1st and have a meeting so I can show you my new plans of operation and so you can tell me what I can improve.
