I was contacted by Bruce with Apex Explosives. He said he was contacted by Lathem Excavating about blasting a ditch inside the city limits and wanted to know if the fire department had any requirements for permitting. Which we do not. He is licensed and he does a lot of work in Bend I have found out. If this develops in to anything further than a single phone call, I will let you know. Just keeping you guys in the loop. BOOOOOM! Pun intended
