I would say yes, since the lady I spoke to on the phone from Gramor stated Safeway should have contacted them.

Yes, the approval is in process. There’s a hang up with Safeway right now as Gramor, the owner of the property, does not know who Jess Edner is and what his/her authority is there. Edner is not listed anywhere with Gramor as an authorized agent/signer. Our public works director and the fire department wants to be certain Gramor/Safeway is aware that their property will be used for your event before the City signs off on the authorization. We are waiting for a call back from Gramor regarding this.
The police department has already signed off.

I know this sounds really stupid, but do you have a copy of the liability insurance that you could easily send over as an attachment?
Dr. Borromeo is now looking into an umbrella policy and instead of me searching everywhere for information, I thought it might me easiest to start here.
I am still waiting to hear from OLCC.

Below were the items that we were still waiting on. Michaela provided me a copy of the liability insurance already. As far as event parking, Michaela was hoping to avoid using the parking across the street as that would involve a traffic control plan/permit through ODOT. Here is the link http://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/HWY/REGION1/pages/maintenance.aspx for contact information on what they will need. Molalla is District 2C.
Once we get the information needed, I can route your event permit through the various city departments for approval. Let me know if you need anything else or have any further questions.

Hi Michaela,
Upon review of your event application, a couple questions have arose…
1. Event Parking – please list the number of cars C’est La Vie and Fountain Valley Dental can park
2. Event Parking – need owner approval from Gramor (Safeway) authorizing you to use their lot for parking, how many cars they will let park there, and the area they are authorizing you to use. I have attached a suggested Event Site Owner Approval form to use.
3. ODOT permit – submit a copy of the approved ODOT permit
4. OLCC permit – need a copy of the approved OLCC permit
5. Certificate of Liability Insurance
Please let me know the status of each of these items.
