Just a heads up, looks like the photo I sent you does not have the serial number listed. And I'm missing the one packing slip for the wireless logger since it was shipped separate from the last. I am on the phone with Hach and will try to resolve this today. I may have to find the tracking slip a the shop.

I was able to log on. I changed the password to the following:
Username: JCline
Password: molalla (all lowercase)
However, I don't see the flow meter. Zero sites are showing up on the map. I'll try calling Ken/Hach and see if I can get any info passed onto the City. However, I would recommend we grab the data manually next week if the online website still isn't working.
