Jenn,
Needle found, disposed of and called in today at Fox Park bathroom, I have been finding a few more beer and alcohol bottles there lately as well. Also, Dennis said it looked like somebody started a small fire in the sink there over the weekend which he cleaned up.
There have been quite a few Q-tips laying on ground around pavilion at Fox Park lately too, I have been told those are somehow used in conjunction with the heroin???? FYI.
