We need to do a bit more investigation on the Forristall property regarding water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage. I would send you the horrid agreement that the City signed with Forristall in 2006 but the copier is not cooperating.
Water – Did we install two pairs of water meters and a 6-inch fire service line?
Sewer – Did we install a 10-inch sanitary sewer line and provide a manhole with 8-inch PVC service lines?
Storm – Do we have storm water on the property?
Next week we get to go mow lawns and clean toilets I think. But why not, we spent 1.5 million on a road through a landlocked parcel we need to do a little more don’t you think.
