Subject: Formal Request to Move Bench in Courtroom

Jen,

This is my formal request to ask public works move the new wooden bench (NOT the Judge’s bench) in the court room from its existing location to a new location at the back of the courtroom. This will be to aid the flow of court proceedings and allow for better monitoring by court security.

This has been approved by the court supervisor, Sadie Cramer. We would like this done preferably by our next court date of 05/19/2015. Please contact myself or Sadie Cramer with any questions.
