A letter stamped by a registered civil engineering affirming the existing sewer lift station will support the added capacity is fine.  This will be handy to provide to the existing HOA or DEQ if questioned.

Do we need a signed form affirming service availability for the Molalla River Estates Subdivision site? Asking for a friend.

Yes one will be required, unless exempt by item ‘o’, but it looks like it will move more than 50 cubic yards, and the project is more than 150k in construction costs surely.

I think we’ve confirmed services are available, but I’ll double check with PW.

Subject: Follow Up Questions

Hi Nicolas,

A few questions came up about the application requirements:

· It wasn’t mentioned at the Pre-Ap, but is a geotechnical report required for preliminary plat approval?

· Is there a form that needs to be submitted to Public Works to certify services are available to the site?

Thanks,

steve kay, aicp
