Jennifer,
I tried leaving you a message yesterday, the new meters will not be delivered till Thursday. I do however have Dan Ides with the factory and he has 2 FL 900 flow meters we can use for training purposes. Dan Ides (Hach) and I plan on meeting with you around noon today to go over the features of our meters and the data hosting service. I am also available on Friday if you need me to come back out and do training with field crew on installs.

I have Wednesday afternoon open, so I’d be available to help with startup & training, I do not do manhole entry’s so you will need someone to climb in the hole…
If you can wait till Friday AM, Dan Ides with Hach Company who performs all Hachs DDS installations will be in town from Loveland, CO. You’d have both of us on Friday 8am – 1pmish. Dan is Hach’s is one of Hach’s experienced service person. He’d be a good asset to have during installs and help with training.

Hi Ken,
The City will be installing the flow meters starting next Wednesday in the afternoon with Rob Lee. I know the quote we received indicates a start-up a training session. Will a technician be available on site to help with the installations next week?
We plan to start with the training and installation on 1/21 at noon, meeting at the City Shop, 920 Toliver Rd and continue onto Thursday to finish the installations.
