Jennifer,
I have a possible conflict the morning of the 21st but have the afternoon and all day Thursday blocked out on my calendar. I can move the conflict if necessary, but there’s a decent amount of time the City will need in getting the equipment ready for the installs. Let me propose the following:
1/20 – Equipment arrives
1/21 morning – City staff unpacks all flow meters, gets the batteries necessary for the installs, gets the software installed on the City’s laptop, a bucket of water to do a pre-field test of the sensor pressure transducers, gets the sensors onto the various bands with the sensor cables tied down, gets an extendable antenna (e.g., something that can go from 4” to ~12” from an old radio) to measure the air gap from the crown of the pipe down to the water level, etc.
1/21 afternoon – Rob to give 30 minute presentation on data, installs, calibration, then mobilize out to do first 3-4 installs
1/22 – City to complete remaining installs
I can be there probably a little after 12:00. However, if you feel like your staff will need guidance during the morning, just let me know and I’ll rearrange my schedule and be there.
Did you end up requesting Ken Navidi’s initial training as well with the flow meter purchase?
