Jennifer,
Thanks for taking the time to visit with me today. As discussed, please send me information on the upcoming Urban Renewal project, as that may be a good fit for us.
After we talked, I told Kelli Grover, (the owner of Firwood Design Group, FDG) and she informed me that Firwood Design Group did the Kennel Avenue Road Improvements project for the City of Molalla back in 2011. I just joined FDG in June of this year and I was unfortunately not aware of that project. In that plan set, which I assume you have a copy of, are examples of custom ADA ramp designs and the utilization of ODOT details and standards like you requested. Let me know if that satisfies your request for example projects. If you would like additional examples of our street and ADA and ODOT work please let me know as we have many other projects.
As we discussed, I will send you a hard copy of our firm qualifications through regular mail.
Kelli and I would like for the opportunity to meet with you and Dan Huff, City Manager, to discuss how we may be able to further help you. We have resources available to be responsive to your needs.
