It skipped my mind earlier, but an inspection of the erosion control measures must occur before construction begins on this project. This was a stipulation of the approved planning permit, and I have attached my initial comments from a few weeks ago for reference.

I quickly toured the site today and noticed that there were no inlet catchment systems installed in the catch basins, and that there was noticeable debris build up around the inlets. Also missing was the high visibility fence around lot 15, yet this is less of a concern to me as the site slopes away from that area and there is a house with a fence already in place.

Please amend this issue immediately, and I will follow up with you on Monday.
