Jason,

Here is a picture of the worst bracket failure/break in Filter #4. This is the middle vertical bracket on the south side of filter. The other brackets are showing broken paint and rusting. It's hard to say if they are leaking yet, but the paint is cracked and chipping away and the metal is rusting...basically, future breaks/leaks waiting to happen.
