Hi Ken,
Looking at Option 2B, I have a few questions:
· Are the cost to relocate/lower the existing water below graded included in the 75K (Side note: all public potable water lines must be reviewed & approved by OHA prior to construction, there are some costs associated with this as well)
· Why is geotextile for separation not required under the Pavement Section Column separate from the geotextile under quarry spalls or pit run.
· Is Sanitary Sewer not an option at this point per Sit Impacts columns?
Also, Hozen cancelled his 10 AM meeting. I’m not sure when he will reschedule. What time do you think you will be by tomorrow?

I am recommending Alternative 2b.
Dig all bad soils out, with partial fill replacement. It will remove all of the iffy soils. Draw backs: We will ne be able to run a new sewer line. We may need a wall along Avison and Hozen properties, if they will not allow grading on their properties. It makes the grading of driveways into Avison and Hozen properties slightly steeper.
