Acquisitions are estimated off of google earth for small fillets for ADA ramps. Cost is $6,000- labor per acquisition file. Land costs are not included.
I added sewer on all street, just in case, but it could easily be removed.

Yes, will you please also highlight your consultant costs for all phases and provide a total expected consultant cost/fee at the bottom below the total. I would change your note at the bottom to say *20% contingency is included.
Do you know where the specific 8 property acquisitions are located or is this an anticipation at this time? I’m only aware of the one 20-ft dedication on Hart Ave. Thinking ahead, I don’t see a need sidewalk on the westside of Hart now, but we should acquire enough ROW to have room for sidewalk in the future.
Regarding the CN estimate, will you be providing estimates for all the 5 projects?
I would also add sewer with the possibility of private lateral improvements to the ROW for existing homes. The City is currently beginning the investigation phase to address our I & I concerns. We would like to make the improvement with in the project limits that way we are not tearing the new streets up in the future to correct a homeowners emergency lateral failure or sewer main break.
