I just received this email. Strange? I’m wondering why it is so delayed.
Well hopefully with the fiber upgrade that will not be the case.

Ryan,
If you could gather the following items, if available, it will allow us to make the most of out of our meeting (30-60 minutes):
· Master Plan
· Capital Improvement Plan
· System Maps
· Pipeline Inventory
· Meter Inventory
· Staff Reports regarding water infrastructure (this could also include maintenance reports, etc)
· Systems Development Charge Study/Methodology
· Any other documents that reference the need for a project
For the most part, I just need to know what kind of water system infrastructure improvements have been completed and proposed since our last survey of the City, which occurred in 2011.
It is helpful for us to be able to take some documents with us, so access to a copy machine would be good. However, we will have the ability to do some scanning of documents on site.
If you have some of the above documents on your website, we can simply download them from there.
Thank you so much for your help with this effort.
