Mike recognizes that while he is doing the leg work it is us who will eventually carry out the UGB expansion, thus he wants it done to our standards.
I will offer direction as much as possible, and I think it is great that we have a motivated local landowner to aid in the creation of these documents.

Thanks for sending this. It looks fine to me and I have reviewed it with Ivan also. I'm CCing Nicolas so that he can also review it, since as we have said, this is for Molalla's use and adoption in the end and must meet their requirements' to be useful.
