Hi Bill,
Have you seen this letter or spoke the Ellis’s personally? I received two letters today.
I’m a little put off regarding the beginning of the letter since letters were both mailed AND posted to the mailboxes (which appears to blown off). At any rate, they do not seem happy about our location.
With the given required setbacks, what is the likely hood in this dry climate that their property may be affected?
