I like your typo signature comment, I may have to use that myself.

I am in a conference and have not yet gotten a chance to look at the agreement. Is the issue that you are just not sure the sister is competent to sign? Or is she otherwise unavailable?

I will look at the agreement over our lunch break and get back to you guys with more thoughts.

Please pardon any typos- sent from my iPhone.

It would be best to have her signature since she is also an owner. However, Ralph Piuser may have authority by himself. Do we know how that is set up?

Yes, so I guess that is something the City will need to decide.

I don’t know much about Ralph’s sister but he said once that her health is not too good at the moment. So I am not sure, logistically, how easy it would be to get her signature.

I don’t think she has been very involved with how the farm sites are managed.

Ok, but isn’t the agreement to protect us as well?

Just as an fyi, DEQ has typically not required all landowners to sign agreements like this. Given that Pat Heins is new to his position at DEQ, I’m not 100% certain about his view on this, but I do not expect that he will also require the signature of Ralph Piuser’s sister.

Hi Tina,

Here are my comments and the City Seal if needed, please incorporate how you see applicable.

Also, the phone contact number in the signature page should be 503-829-6855.

Thank you,

Tina and Jennifer,

Please review the draft landowner agreement for the Piuser sites. DEQ needs to see a signed agreement before issuing authorization letters. Thanks.
