At any rate it's apparent the high levels of TC are outside of impact of the spill as you mentioned, however the Shirley's do have an issue with their well.

I think we need to first get clear on how to respond to the Shirley's because all three homeowners are likely to share their results with each other (because they are next door neighbors). Maybe we need a conference call?

Will you be calling and mailing a letter with the reports to the homeowners? I notice the reports do not give a good idea of what safe levels of Nitrogen or Bacteria are.
