According to Obligation #11 of the CD (pg. 5) we have 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter (Dec 31st) to post the warning letter from DEQ. There are other posting requirements for the recycled water and biosolids sections, that don’t apply here. There is also a 14 day posting requirement, but that only applies to modification of NPDES permit or incorporated DEQ approved documents and any emergency discharge permit requests, in which the warning letter is not any of these.
