Yes, I actually was going to send an email to everyone regarding that needed change. Jason also has his grade 2 certification for collections, but will not be an active City employee until March 2nd. I don't know the requirements however, does the Grade 2 Collection need to on the crew or separate from the Grade 3 Treatment?

Jen,

I am doing the DMR right now and was looking at the certification levels. Jon has the Treatment 3 for reporting and Garrett had the collections 2. With Garrett not hear unfortunately, Would you like me to use my collections 2 for reporting or is there someone other that you have in mind? I need to know so Jon or I can submit a letter to DEQ to let them know that there will be another person filling the collections side for reporting monthly
