Hi Sadie,

Will you please let me know if you find an Ordinance vacating the property? I know I will probably hear form Brad next week asking if found the approved vacation.

Thank you,

The last contact I had with “noted attorney, Jeremy Bader” was that he would produce the needed information and we would file the documents. There is enough past information with this action as well as others that began and were never completed. So, if the new owners want to produce a new survey and give us an easement we can file the documentation. If we find that there is a need for an ordinance also we can perform that process once we receive the new information from the owners. I do not want to take action on an emergency clause. Noted attorney, Mr. Bader could have completed what I told him to complete two years ago.

Hi Sadie,

Attached is the email that includes deed information on the property that was sent late last week. My understanding is half of the ROW was intended for the homes on Prince Ct for the Buckingham Place Subdivision and the other half Brad Johnsons property. There is an easement mentioned in there as well.

I asked Brad to send me what he has so I can try and pin point a time frame. I am hoping that it has something on the docs that would help me do that. When I get those, I can let you know more. ~Sc

Sadie - Did you find any records if the council approved the vacation of Dixon?

Dan - How do you want to move forward on this is if there are no records of the vacation? Can we ask council next Wednesday to declare an emergency to vacate.

Jennifer, this is a follow-up on my voice mail regarding Dixon Ave. I know there is a city council meeting next week. Is there anything more I can get for you in order to get their approval or should I say re-approval of the Dixon Ave Vacation. Let me know. Thanks

Brad
