Hi Brad,
I was out of the office on Friday. Sadie has the documentation now, and looks like your surveyor may have sent it to her as well. She will be looking into whether or not the council vacated the property in the past. As I mentioned before, if she is not able to find anything we will discuss how to move forward from there.
