No pun intended. That was a couple of months after I left. They know the flows are coming in to the plant. They do each year. I think the guy running the plant is eligible to retire and probably should do so and let someone else carry the torch now. Folks get very unmotivated in the public sector once they have their 30 years in. Hence, why I like mandatory retirements. 25 for PD and FD and 30 for civil.
