Can you confirm the date that the DEQ Notice arrived at the City? Was it on Tuesday or last Friday? Do you date stamp correspondence that comes in? The letter was sent by certified mail. What date does the certified mail receipt show? We need this for response time calculation purposes. Thanks.

Good Morning – I arrived in my office this morning and found the attached notice from DEQ. The penalty is not near what it could be so that isn’t too bad other than the principle. I have the seemingly never ending Police negotiations today so will be tied up most of the day. Otherwise for the remainder of the week I will make myself available.
