We are trying to finalize the dates for your depositions and I wanted to check in with you again to make sure the following would work. These depos would be held at our office in Portland.
Dan- November 11
Jon- November 12
Jennifer- November 18
Erik- November 19
Yours and Jon’s will probably take most of the day. I expect that Jen and Erik’s will only be a few hours each maximum.
Please let me know if this sounds ok and I will nail the times down with plaintiffs’ counsel.
