After a week of trouble shooting we have successfully found a verification process for each IPad Apple Pay/Digital Wallet. This is what I need you to do by tomorrow at 5pm… 1. You will need your company credit card handy. 2. You will need to know last payment amount on your card based on the June 2015 statements: · Jen – 06/18/15 $213.21 · Dan – 07/01/15 $1,705.00 · Rod – 06/18/15 $2,379.00 · Diana – 07/01/15 $113.67 3. Call 1-800-225-5935. Follow Prompts. The last 4 digits of our FEIN are 2213 4. When you get a live person and they ask what you need tell them “ I need to verify authorization of Apple Pay/Digital Wallet linked to my card”. They should confirm with you that verification was done and will update on the card in 1 hour or less. 5. End call 6. Email me to let me know you completed the task so I can do the follow-up needed for set up so I can distribute IPads to each of you. To follow up on the conversation we had on the phone, I spoke to NBBC Executive Office and was told that the customers can be identified with the CVV2 code on the back of the card and the expiration date. There is a tab I was told that can be clicked into that shows additional account information that will allow them to be verified. I found a tool on my end that allows me to verify the credit card and cardholder by using the customer number in our system instead of a social security number. I have verified cards for the following people using this method: Jennifer Cline, Diana Hadley, Daniel Huff, Ronda Stone, Rod Lucich and Sadie Cramer. It did say that it can take up to an hour for the verification to go through and I just completed it about 30 minutes ago so you may need to wait a little while before trying again. Customer Card Verification Pending We received the request to verify your Wells Fargo card ending in **** for Apple Pay. You should receive a Passbook notification shortly that your card is ready for Apple Pay. If you haven't received a notification after an hour, check your card's status in Passbook. If it does not work, please call or email me and I will figure something else out but I really think this will be the ticket!
