Hi Mitch,
Nicolas has issued the LUCS to begin the OHA review process. Once complete and no changes are necessary, the City will give approval by issuing a construction permit for the extension.
In addition, we will need a final estimate for the public improvements from you engineer to determine the permit fee.

OK, so what now? Do I need to have stamped approved plans back from you for OHA’s review, or do I just go ahead with the same I last sent you? I’ll need the LUCS form back from you Nic please.
The existing fire hydrant has already been encompassed with a 15’ – 7.5’ on center easement FYI.

Hi Mitch,
The changes look good with exception to the existing N-S 15’ waterline easement is not on center. It is my understanding the easement for the hydrant is going to be updated. The easement for the N-S waterline section should also be update so that it is on centerline at this time.
This easement work should not hold up the process for approval with OHA.
