I did see they are requesting verification of several items. I just want to point out they were provided appendix B attached in an email (also attached and is posted on our webpage) which provides most of the information. In the meeting Jason verbally gave them information on how we read the pond levels and that the flows are measured from the SCADA system. I’ve also sent an email to Tiffany in regards to the 60-day emergency permit, that is a time sensitive issue (Nov. 1st) requesting to continue irrigation at Coleman’s in case the river flows don’t come up to the minimum 350cfs. I have not heard back from her on how to proceed.
