Jenn,

I understand it is our responsibility (due to an previously reached agreement) to maintain the vegetation along Commercial Parkway. I went out and cut the grass along the planter strips out there this morning and it is an absolute mess. There is so much plastic and debris along both sides there it is ridiculous and it is clearly coming from the abutting plastics company. Is there any chance Dan Zinder or Nicholas can contact them and require that they clean up and maintain all of the debris from that area? It is a huge mess and would require constantly getting off the mower to clear the way for the mower.

Also, they are once again storing product within their front setback area which is a code violation we dealt with in the past that Susan Hansen and a city councilor brought up. They were pretty good about things for a while but it is getting bad again.
