Please see my comments below that correspond with the attachments?
1. Extend Silt Fence as shown on the attached plan sheet. Install Silt Fence per ODOT Standard Dwg. RD1040.
2. Install Type 3, Inlet Protection in existing inlets per ODOT Standard Dwg. RD1010. Bio Bags will not be permitted.
3. Build Construction Entrances per ODOT Standard Dwg. RD1000.
4. Eronsion Control must be inspected by the complete and accepted by the City prior to beginning any construction activites. Please call 503-829-6855 when ready for inspection of the erosion control plan.
5. Any damage to concrete sidewalk, approaches, conc. curb, asphalt, utilities, landscaping or City facilities shall be reported to the City and repaired at the contractor’s cost.
