He should be giving us no less than 2 weeks to review and comment formally on the proposal. If we get it done earlier then he can send it out earlier, but this will become a problem when you and I get really busy. A two week turnaround is considered expedited by most agencies. A final decision shall be rendered following May 3, 2016. If you could provide any comments before then, it would be appreciated. I attached a plat as well which illustrates a legal access from what is called Rivers Lane, a 20’ wide access. Toliver on the north side is improved minus sidewalks. I attached a screen grab of the streetview for reference. Access to newly created parcel looks to be 140’ long, roughly. Let me know if you have any questions, or would like to discuss particulars between now and May 3rd.
