Hi Tina,

Just getting to you on this as well, we had a high coliform count pop up this morning. We immediately stopped irrigating this morning as previously discussed and will not begin until we have a complete 24-hour test.

We can discuss this more tomorrow morning as well if there are any other concerns.

Subject: coliforms

Hello Jennifer,

Came in this morning and we blew up yesterday’s coliform sample. Shut the plant down and are currently cycling DAF #2 @ 1 mgd. I have a pretty good feeling the hits are due to the biosolids removal. We stirred up pond #1 pretty good and it’s snaking its way through the system. Our Cl2 residual has been steadily dropping since biosolids. We’ve got the chlorinator going full blast with little to no effect. Our NTU’s are normal, DAF is running good, filters are good, CCB is clear. I switched pond #2 discharge valves on Monday from the lower to the upper to see if that would help. I resampled this morning and will see if we can irrigate tomorrow. We’re gonna head out and change oil, filters and pull the guns out this morning. Industrial Systems will be at the DMS to install the new pH/Temp probe. GPEC started work on the pond power project. I will be taking Friday off; I will call Jake today and have him help John on Friday. We will shut down guns (hopefully) Saturday morning. I read Dave’s email. He wants a meeting at their office.

Thanks,

Jason
